Heraklion
You'll land at Heraklion airport and get picked up for a transfer to your hotel. Spend the afternoon however you'd like, wandering around the area or just settling in. Dinner's included, so just head downstairs or to wherever meals are served.

- Day 2
Heraklion
After breakfast at the hotel, the day is yours to do what you want. Head to the beach if you're in the mood for swimming and relaxing, or take some time to explore different parts of the island on your own. Dinner is provided.

- Day 3
Elounda
Following breakfast, you'll be collected for the trip to Spinalonga Island. This former Venetian fortress and leper colony has lots of history to take in. A guide walks you through the main street, showing you the old shops and houses where people once lived. Then it's back to Elounda by boat for lunch with local Cretan food, after which you can walk around town, do some shopping, or swim if you want.

- Day 4
Heraklion
Breakfast comes first, then you're heading to the Palace of Knossos, which dates to 1900 BC and was the heart of Minoan civilization here. Your guide talks through the myths and stories tied to the palace and its rulers. From there, you'll head into Heraklion to see the Venetian lion fountain and loggia, plus the old harbour where you can walk around freely. There's an option to join a guided tour at the Archaeological Museum. Dinner is included.

- Day 5
Rethymnon
Breakfast happens first, then you're off to see two of Crete's nicest towns. In Chania, your guide takes you through the old quarter's narrow streets and neighbourhoods, the busy market hall, and the leather shops before reaching the Venetian port. After that, you head to Rethymnon to check out the beautifully restored old town with its Italian and Turkish mix, the harbour, and winding backstreets. You'll have time to yourself in both places. Dinner is included.

Lassithi Plateau
After breakfast, you're heading into central Crete for an off-road adventure through mythology, culture, and village life. You'll stop at the Aposelimi dam and ancient Roman aqueduct ruins near Lyttos, then head to Kastamonitsa village for raki and olive oil tastings. The route follows an old Minoan path up into the mountains to a shepherd's home where you try homemade cheese and might spot wild animals. A viewpoint overlooking the Lassithi Plateau is next, followed by time to explore the plateau itself. Lunch is traditional with unlimited wine included. Before heading back to the hotel, you stop at Krassi to see the 2,000-year-old plane tree.
