As Destination Services Greece, we take into consideration your review in order to arrange our services to create better experiences. Unfortunately, as mentioned to you before the tour, the roads in Hersonissos Crete are narrow and the bus cannot access all location. In order to be on time on every p/u and avoid the bus to be stuck and delay the tour, itinerary and p/u are arranged on the main road. Early breakfast can always be arranged at Hotel's reception the night before. The p/u time for departure is always send via our system to hotel reception and a communication line is provided with the welcome letter in case of a bug with the information system. We will do our best to improve ourselves in the future to provide better communication in advance for the tour and avoid any discomfort during your trip. - LS
