They booked our two hotels, one of which was far from the town of Bordeaux and the one in Paris had a view of the air unit. There was never a person to meet you or other members of the tour. Kathleen· September 25th, 2022We were very disappointed to find out the lack of a guided tour, instead we were sent vouchers to find our own way around town. This information should be included right up front. People need to know they are on their own to get from one place to another, period! Our Bordeaux hotel was located one mile from the center of town, which was not only inconvenient but stressful in every way. It was a tour group spot where large bus loads of people all arrive at the same time for meals, not at all what we bargained for. Overall, there was total misrepresentation of what the tour was all about, we felt down by the lack of communication. We could not contact Click Tours with questions. There was an emergency that came up and we spent a lot of time trying to get in touch. Please don’t make travelers go though this experience.Show moreTrip date: September 2022

My recommendation to wait with your booking close to the departure date and to see what will be the update travel restrictions and in case you dont need vaccination card your can book the tour. In case you wish to book your tour now my recommendation to do travel insurance that covers your booking in case you cannot travel because vaccination card. In this case the standard cancelation fees will applied.
