ContikiOperator•Written June 2025Entry to the festival grounds is free of charge. Food, rides, and beverages are at your own expense. The group will visit the Lowenbrau tent. For two travelers, you'll be booked in a twin room with two single beds in one shared room. A single room is designed for just one guest and is typically more compact and priced differently.

Contiki tours have an age restriction, and guests must be between 18-35 years old to be eligible to join. As your age does not meet this requirement, we regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with your reservation for a Contiki tour. Cycling is just a free time add-on. If you do not want to join this activity, you will have free time to do other things or visit other places. We highly recommend coordinating with the Trip Manager on tour so they can provide you suggestions or recommendations as alternative for the cycling activity.

Does the tour guide stay with us the whole time/are able to ask questions on what else we can see and is the transportation solely from hotel to Oktoberfest or does that include from airport as well?

Yes, that is acceptable. In the event this occurs, please ensure that you notify your Trip Manager in advance. Your accommodation will be in hotels, no tent reservations. The Trip Manager will be available to assist you throughout your journey. Only the airport transfers are not included.
