- YXyanqing· December 10th, 2024Itinerary was good, special rafting and kayaking was wonderful, The service has problem: 1) 7 day before departure, I was told the tour cancelled for unknown reason 2) ask me to add $2000 for same tour, I didn't agree 3) route changed to adjust to same price 4) 4 night in La Ceiba accommodation was hostel style, I had to rebook myself, final get $100 partial reimbursement The driver Erik and Emilio are very helpful and nice and professional , the hiking guide and rafting guide are good tooShow more
