We can arrange the transfers based on the timings of the flights that you have provided us. As for the room it is completely up to you. You can either use a triple room or if you want to can take one double and one single room (as you can imagine the single room has a surcharge).

According to todays (December 31st) program we can do the Athens by night on day 2 (July 1st). For Mykonos we try to book hotels in the main village (chora). In Santorini we try to book hotels in Kamari or in Perissa.

Yes, we can ask the hotels to have 3 single beds inside the rooms. For an upgrade to 4* in the islands I should calculate an amount of about +200 euros per person.
