As for your concerns, this itinerary was always designed as a partially guided tour, combining scheduled excursions with independent travel. Any necessary adjustments, such as the revised itinerary in Paros, were communicated in advance and acknowledged at the time. Additionally, when you expressed dissatisfaction with the Santorini tour, we immediately arranged a private tour in Mykonos and an additional visit to Delos, which you participated in. Regarding Mykonos, while we understand you wished for more time, the itinerary never included an overnight stay there. The guided visit, combined with time on Delos, was conducted as planned. Nonetheless, as a gesture of goodwill, we issued a full refund for both the Santorini and Mykonos tours. Our team remained available throughout your journey, ensuring all included services such as transfers and accommodations were provided as scheduled. Our tour packages are custom tailor-made packages that are made after more than 30 years of experience in the incoming tourism. In the section "What's Included" it's clear stated that we offer English speaking guide during your visit at the museums, and we plan the trip in a way that you will not have to worry about anything. Also, our experienced travel agents are available 24-hour in case something happens during your stay.
