Itinerary
- Day 1
Leh to Nubra Valley
You'll start with a hotel pick-up in Leh and drive toward Nubra Valley, heading across Khardung La at 18,379 feet where the views open up to the valley and surrounding peaks. On the way you'll stop at Samstanling Gompa in Sumur and check out the hot springs near Panamik. By the time you reach Hunder, the light's good for walking out to the sand dunes at sunset. Then you'll settle into your accommodation for the night.

- Day 2
Nubra Valley to Leh
After breakfast at your camp or hotel, you'll head up to Diskit Gompa sitting on a hilltop with views looking down over the Shyok River's fertile plains. From there the journey back to Leh begins, crossing over Khardung La again and taking in those dramatic mountain landscapes along the route. By afternoon you'll be back at your hotel in Leh, wrapping up your time in Nubra Valley.
