At what time would we need to be at the Jaipur airport on Day 1 and at what time should we expect to be done on Day 3 (to book our flight out).

If you take 3 day tour then you will be picked up anytime before 11:00 AM from anywhere in Jaipur and you will be reaching back to Jaipur on day 3 of the tour will be around 06:00 PM

You need to arrive at Jaipur between 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM on 14 October and you need to book the flight which departs after 07:00 PM on 15 Oct. It will be a private tour so you only will be staying in a single room with one double bed.
