Ahmedabad to Rajkot

Rajkot to Sasan Gir
Head out toward Sasan Gir National Park with several stops along the way. You'll see Gondal's Navlakha Palace and its architectural details, then check out the historic Uparkot Fort. Sasan Gir to Diu
Early morning brings a gypsy safari through Gir Wildlife Sanctuary with a naturalist guide searching for lions, leopards, and other wildlife. After the safari, you'll travel to the coastal town of Diu where you can explore Diu Fort, check out St. Paul's Church, and spend the late afternoon on the Arabian Sea beaches.

Diu to Bhavnagar
Travel to Bhavnagar, and if you're interested, there's an optional trek to Palitana Temples where you'll climb 3,950 steps through Shatrunjaya Hills to see intricately designed Jain temples spread across the landscape. Back in Bhavnagar, spend time at Gandhi Smriti, the Barton Library and Museum, and the Takhteshwar Temple.

Make your way back to Ahmedabad with a significant stop at Lothal, an ancient Harappan port-town that shows how the Indus Valley Civilization lived and worked. The well-preserved ruins include the dockyard and acropolis, plus the world's oldest tidal dock. After exploring the archaeological site, you'll transfer to Ahmedabad airport for your flight home.
