Kolkata
Spend your day touring Kolkata's key historical sites. You'll see Fort William, a relic from the British colonial period, then move on to the Victoria Memorial dedicated to Queen Victoria. From there, check out Netaji Bhawan, which honors nationalist leader Subhas Chandra Bose. The Howrah Bridge offers great views, and finish at Dakshineswar Kali Temple, one of the city's most important religious spots.

Kolkata to Balasore
Drive to Balasore and start with the Khirachora Gopinatha Temple, an architectural work built by King Langula Narasimha Dev. Next, walk through the Jagannatha Temple, which shows design similarities to the famous temple in Puri. Later, head to Chandipur-on-sea where you can spend time on the beach and observe the tidal phenomena that make this stretch of coast unique.

Bhitarkanika

Bhubaneswar's temples are the focus today. You'll visit Parasurameshwar, Mukteshwar, Rajarani, and Lingaraj temples throughout the morning. In the afternoon, head to the Udaygiri and Khandagiri Jain caves to see ancient rock-cut architecture carved into the hillside. Later, drive to Puri and settle into your hotel for the night.

Today you'll travel to Konark Sun Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Stop at Pipili to see unique applique work created by local artisans, then continue to Raghurajpur artisan village. Back in Puri, you'll see the Jagannath Temple and have time to relax on the beach before returning to your hotel.
