- WMWyatt· September 3rd, 2025I went in expecting to see monuments and I did but what I didn’t expect was how much I’d enjoy the smaller moments a cup of chai in Shimla, wandering Jaipur bazaars, and chatting with locals in Manali. The itinerary was packed but not rushed. The guides were friendly and kept us on schedule. Hotels were mostly good, especially in the hills. Transport was comfortable, though traffic in Delhi was rough. I appreciated famous sites with quieter experiences. I came home with memories I didn’t even expect to make.Show more

Intense history, while Shimla and Manali were all about nature. Delhi was busy but fascinating. Agra was crowded, but the Taj was absolutely worth it. Jaipur forts were fun to explore. Shimla quiet lanes and Manali riverside views gave the trip a peaceful close. Our guides were patient and knowledgeable. Hotels were well-chosen for location and comfort. The transition to Shimla and Manali was welcome peaceful, green, and cool. Our guide kept everything running smoothly and gave context to what we were seeing. Shimla charm was a surprise, and Manali was a great final stop. Food was a highlight from spicy street food to simple meals at the hotels. Our guide in Jaipur was particularly knowledgeable and engaging. Accommodations were good overall, though not fancy. Hotels were decent throughout, though Shimla colonial charm made that stay special. Manali was peaceful, and a great way to wind down. The food was consistently good, if a bit spicy. All guides were knowledgeable and friendly. A well-paced trip overall, though some travel days felt long.
