Itinerary
- Day 1
Cusco to Sacred Valley
You'll arrive in Cusco and head to the Sacred Valley of the Incas where your hotel sits with views of the Andean mountains. After settling in, you'll have time to relax and take in the surroundings. At 8pm, there's a welcome dinner featuring Peruvian cuisine so you can start getting a feel for local flavors.

- Day 2
Sacred Valley to Aguas Calientes
Starting after breakfast, you'll drive along the Urubamba River toward Ollantaytambo to see the historic Incan ruins with rock formations depicting the god Wiracocha. From there, you'll board the Panoramic train with an observatory lounge and live music for about 2 hours heading to Aguas Calientes. The rest of your day is open, so you can either wander through town or take advantage of the hotel spa.

- Day 3
Machu Picchu and Return to Cusco
After breakfast, the bus takes you to Machu Picchu, roughly 25 minutes away. You'll spend 2 hours with a professional guide exploring the citadel, then you have free time to check out the outlying areas, visit the Inca Bridge or Sun Gate, and get some photos. From there, you'll return by bus to Aguas Calientes for lunch. Later that evening, you'll board the train back to Cusco, about 4 hours, and transfer to your hotel.

- Day 4
Cusco City Tour
You'll head out after breakfast to the Sacsayhuaman fortress ruins about 30 minutes from Cusco's center for a 40-minute guided tour. Back in the city, you'll walk through San Blas neighborhood checking out local artisan work. The narrow historic streets then lead down to the main plaza where you can visit the Cathedral and see its impressive art collection. Your afternoon is free to explore Cusco and do some shopping if you'd like.
