Asked on October 30th, 2024Do you pick up from Wyndham Istanbul Esenyurt Hotel? I've read on some sites that the luggage allowance is 15kgs. As I'm coming from overseas, my suitcase will be around 20-23kgs + my carry on. How do I go about this? For my return back to a hotel in Istanbul, can it be a different hotel? I'd like to stay in the centre of town after this trip. Also, what time would we roughly get back into Istanbul? Is there an option to do the hot air balloon ride and how much is this?
City of SultansOperator•Written October 2024The hotel you mentioned is very very far from the city center and out of the insurance zone, so we would not be able to provide a pick-up from there. You would be able to purchase additional luggage online after you have booked and your tickets have been purchased. Since the package you are enquiring about ends with the flight back to Istanbul. There would be no transfer back to the hotel upon arrival, this can, however, be added on at a fee of 120 USD - Including greeting service upon arrival. You would be back at Istanbul in the evening, between 8 - 10 PM. The hot air balloon ride can certainly be added on, it costs 349 USD at the moment.

We can arrange for a pick-up at a cost upon arrival, as the package does not include an arrival transfer. The Price would be 120 USD - Including greeting service upon arrival. You would be arriving back at IST (New Airport) by default unless requested otherwise.
