  I really enjoyed this tour for the most part. The driver was excellent and the guides were well versed and knowledgable. Each of them made an attempt to include the entire group while respecting individual choices. Breakfasts were good, with a wide variety of offerings, but the group tired of tagine as the mid-afternoon meal daily, so a little more variety might be in order. Timing could use attention- arrived from Marrakech to the hotel in Casablanca and waited there for a couple hours before check in, and the pickup from Rabat was tardy. My only other comment is that, as a vegetarian, my midday meals often consisted of bread, olives and orange juice.

  What a great two weeks! Clear pick up instructions, knowledgeable guides and friendly drivers. A special shout out to Adnane who drove us from Rabat to Fes,into the Sahara desert, through the Atlas mountains, to Marrakesh and everywhere in between!   The key is to remember that you get what you pay for. This tour is one of the ‘cheaper’ options. Communication is poor ie: very last minute. Itinerary changes made without explanation. Minimal to no working van A/C in mid summer extreme heat is dangerous, especially for drivers.

  This company does not care about the quality of customer service. The majority of guides are not accredited guides. Serious lack of courtesy. Tour hours were generally from noon to 2pm. Very difficult for Canadians in the heat. You never know the day's schedule. I got motion sickness on a camel. I had to walk 30 minutes in the desert before someone came to get me. I had heatstroke and nobody seemed to care. Only one driver drove properly. The other drivers were dangerous. One of them was listening to a TV show while driving! During the visits, we went quickly to the monuments and spent a lot of time in stores where people tried to sell us things at dishonest prices. Morocco is a beautiful country. It's a pity that the people I met in the tourist industry were unprofessional. For dinner, we had no choice of restaurants. It was always the same formula and the quality of the food was not up to the standard of the food I ate elsewhere on the trip. The hotels were good on the whole. The Air conditioning was not always functional, however. But be sure to budget for the tax at each hotel, which is not included in the price. The tour description states that the company is called Discover Morocco. In reality, the company we were in contact with was Easytransfer. In conclusion, avoid this company, which is unable to admit its faults when we speak to customer service representatives.

  Overall, a good experience. A fairly comprehensive tour of the country and some very beautiful places visited. We never had any trouble finding our drivers/hotels. All the hotels were very nice, except for one (Ramada in Fes), which was a little less modern, but still pleasant. As for the guides, Sila in Tangier was incredible and Mustafa, our driver from Rabat all the way to Marrakech, was also amazing ! However, our tour guide in Marrakech was pushing us to visit some places too quickly, almost missing a quarter of the Bahia Palace visit, and telling us less information than we could have read on the panels. Our driver in Tangier did the same, pushing us to visit quickly some places to finally arrive at the hotel at only 2 PM. Don’t hesitate to state firmly your needs and wants, especially if it’s a small group ! Furthermore, we were surprised and disappointed to see that some of the prices listed in the tour pamphlet are no longer up to date, increasing by several euros. Language was almost never a problem. The majority of guides speak French and English. In conclusion, if you want a tour with one guide that will be with you from the beginning to the end, or if this is your first travel experience, I do not recommend this tour for you because we were often left on our own and sometimes got information for pick up at the last minute. I will say however that communication with the TourRadar team was amazing from booking to the end of the tour, which was reassuring!

  Beautiful experience. Our group were pleased after the tripbaround Morocco. We do crédit Mr. Rachid for being patient with ? him lots questions amd request and picking up for us the best properties We do appreciate having Abdul(Abdelhadi ELMOUSTAHLI. Ultra marathon runner) very very well educated experienced knowledgeable guide. The drive was responsible and respecting the trafic(very difficult hard driving around without local driver)

  We participated this tour in April 25. Already arriving in Morocco the troubles started, they simply forgot to pick us from the airport. We experienced drivers fighting with their sleepiness behind the wheel or watching videos on the mobile while driving. In Tour Radar they clearly state maximum 16 persons per group. In Rabat the morning departing time was quite late, and it turned out this was to wait for a second group to join uns. So over 30 persons we went on tour this day. After my complaint nothing happened and I had to escalate the story with Tour Radar (thank you for the help), after this suddenly things proceeded. So we got at leas guaranteed two tour guides on all locations. Departure times for the next day have been difficult to get, sometimes we got it as late as 10 pm. If you are on a tour, you like to plan your evening also according to the next morning departure time. Upon asking we always got the lame excuse, that logistics did not give them a time. (Well then change to a professional logistic) Morocco is a great country, but only without Discover Morocco
