Itinerary
- Day 1
London
You'll arrive at London Heathrow and transfer by executive car to the Rubens at the Palace hotel, which sits right across from Buckingham Palace. After checking in, the afternoon is yours to settle in and explore the hotel or walk around the area. Later at 6 PM, you'll meet your Travelling Concierge and the other guests for a Welcome Dinner at the English Grill restaurant in the hotel.

- Day 2
London
A Local Expert guide takes you through London's major sights including Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Downing Street, Trafalgar Square, and Piccadilly Circus. You'll also visit the Household Cavalry Museum where you can try on royal uniforms. The Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace is included if available that day. Free time in the afternoon lets you browse Harrods, check out Speaker's Corner, or visit the National Gallery. By evening, you head to the Tower of London for a private after-hours tour led by a Yeoman Warder, which includes watching the Ceremony of the Keys.

Bath
You'll travel to Stonehenge, the UNESCO World Heritage Site, and spend time walking around this ancient monument. Then it's on to Bath, a Georgian city where you can wander the architecturally beautiful streets and get a feel for the contemporary atmosphere. Your evening is free to explore the city's cocktail bars, pubs, live music venues, or catch a comedy or theatre show.

Bath
This morning focuses on the Roman Baths and Georgian Pump Room, exploring what remains of the ancient world's most important religious spas. After that, you have time to walk Bath's streets and visit various sites around the city, including locations connected to Jane Austen. Later you'll have a Highlight Dinner at Hywel Jones by Lucknam Park, a Michelin-starred restaurant.

From there, you continue to York, a medieval city with cobbled streets, tearooms, and gothic architecture waiting for you.

York

After lunch, you'll head to Castle Howard for a private after-hours tour with a guide, then have traditional English afternoon tea in the Grecian Hall. You'll have time to wander the gardens before returning to York for a free evening.

In the evening, you'll explore the dramatic ruins of Lowther Castle and have a private dinner in the sculpture gallery overlooking the castle gardens.

You'll visit Alnwick Castle and explore its magnificent interiors with a Local Expert who guides you through the 11th-century medieval architecture and areas from the Harry Potter films. Then you travel to Edinburgh, Scotland's capital, for a free evening. If you're on a Chairman's Collection departure, you'll meet Her Grace The Duchess of Northumberland for a private tour of her gardens with the Head Gardener and lunch. Starting in August, you have the option to attend The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, featuring military performers from 48 countries.
