During the tour the representatives were always in touch to make sure everything is OK. One thing i would recommend to change is to send the airport meeting information earlier, at east a week before the tour. It is possible to book the tour and also that 1 person will join on day 3. This person will have to make his/her own way to Tiberias where the group will be. There will be a small reduction which i can calculate once you place the booking and i know which hotel level.
