Wayne· December 4th, 2024I had an incredible 7-day tour in Sri Lanka with Holiday Lanka Tours and it was an experience I'll never forget. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized. Our driver, Isuru, was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, making every part of the trip enjoyable and stress-free. He was always punctual and ensured we were comfortable throughout the journey. The tour operator was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with any queries or changes we had along the way. The route they selected for the tour was well thought out, covering all the must-see places, as well as hidden gems that gave us a true taste of Sri Lankan culture. The hotels chosen were fantastic, offering a great balance of comfort and local charm. We were well taken care of, and the accommodations were always in great locations, allowing us to relax and enjoy the sights. Overall, I highly recommend Holiday Lanka Tours to anyone looking for a well-organized and memorable trip to Sri Lanka. I can’t wait to return to this beautiful country!Show more

Show moreTrip date: November 2024- Anjali· January 15th, 2024The hotels that we stayed in were different to what was listed on our itinerary. The first location in Negombo we were told we’d stay in a beachfront resort but we were a 20 minute drive from the coast. In our final location Galle we were looking forward to being on the the beach. Our tour operator on the day we were meant to be staying Galle said he had to change our hotel as they didn’t have air conditioning to a place that was 15 minutes away from the beach. I contacted the hotel we were meant to stay in and they said they have availability, all their rooms have air conditioning, they also informed me that the tour company cancelled the booking a month ago. I stated all what I have mentioned above to the tour operator there was some negotiations had but we still had to pay the difference of the room. These frustrations gave us a really negative experience during our family holiday and resolving them were not easy.
