During the EBC trek, you don't need any kind of campaign equipment, there are teahouse lodge accommodations available teahouse lodge is included in package. There are Pillow, bed mattress, blankets all available, no need tent etc. We will provide you sleeping Bag, Down Jacket and Walking Poles.

Yes, Down jacket, Sleeping bag, Duffel Bag, and trekking poles are included in the package. The weight limit on flights to the Everest region, basically to Lukla, is 10 kg. You are allowed to hand carry 5 kg making your total 15 kg.
