But if you're an easy going person and okay with two or three star hotels in faraway areas , sometimes a poor tour guide , and sometimes bad organization this s your tour. If you choose to go with them here are some tips: Contact them a day before arrival and remind them about picking you on time from the airport. The tour started with pickup directly from our hotel, and heba and our driver ibrahim were very punctual (arrived early in fact). We were taken directly to the pyramids and heba helped take care of getting us through the giza complex. She is very knowledgeable and provided us with lots of cool information about cairo, the pyramids, the sphinx, and ancient egypt in general. We were then given the option to take a few detours at the end (without any pressure); we opted to go see papyrus making which was great. Despite booking the tour that says flights are included, both in the title of the trip and as a part of inclusions, I was harassed to pay for the flights. They changed my itinerary without notice, forgot to pick me up at the airport, didn't give me a proper brief of my itinerary or the hotel I was going to stay until I was in that city. To add to it they also lied about giving me an anount of money which they didn't. Accommodations they provided for 4 star and 5 star booking wasn't clean ( stains and smell)and didn't have all the facilities.
