- Bill· December 22nd, 2023Crispen (guide) and Harmony ( driver) were excellent. While some of the days were very long being on the road for over 9500kms really afforded a view of Africa the luxury safari goer doesn’t get to see. Saw the big five in copious numbers. Camped in some pretty unique environments. Dont’t think. Do!Show more
- Live· February 20th, 2023I can't even describe how special and amazing this tour was. Pete and Francis (our guides) are truly what made the trip so amazing. They were both so kind, thoughtful and caring. It felt like a family away from home. Yes, the tour itself was extraordinary. The sites, sounds, tastes etc. Amazing. However, it is the people that make this tour and these people will always mean. The world to myself and my husband. If you go on this tour request these guides! You won't regret it!Show more
- Mark· October 1st, 2025Was only 4 of us, started off strong, Kruger experience was amazing, Zimbabwe was good, Botswana had highs and lows but was the least cohesive part.Show more

Asked on August 14th, 2025interested in a tour to Kenya and Tanzania in June 2026 with mother and grandmother. Would like more information on cultural aspects of tour. Could you advise on chances of viewing Mount Kilimanjaro from Moshi during June? Curious about accommodations and possibility of upgrading to non-camping or glamping options.
Acacia Adventure HolidaysOperator•Written August 2025The 10-day Serengeti to Zanzibar tour travels to Arusha on Day 1 and the group will visit a local Maasai Mara village and museum gaining insight into their traditional ways of living. On Day 5 the group travels to Bagamoyo, a historic coastal town. On Day 7 the group arrives on Zanzibar which offers many cultural and historical day tours. This tour does not travel to Moshi however if there are clear skies in Arusha you may get to see the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro. We are unable to guarantee these sightings. The tour is the accommodated option and is booked into standard twin sharing rooms and/or pre-erected tents. Camping and accommodated clients travel in the same vehicle to all destinations.

Asked on May 22nd, 2024want to finish the trip after 6/5 days in dar, how much it will be cost? (without kili...)
Acacia Adventure HolidaysOperator•Written May 2024The tour does not visit Kilimanjaro but if you mean ending in Dar es Salaam without visiting Zanzibar then you would finish on the morning of Monday 16Sep. The amended price would be USD 1395 + Adventure Pass USD 850. There are 2 nights spent camping (in the Serengeti/ Ngorongoro Crater); Acacia provides camping equipment including sleeping bag for those nights.
