Itinerary
- Day 1
Nairobi
You'll land at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi and connect with your Classic Journeys Africa representative for the transfer to Hemingways Nairobi. Before you check in, there's a briefing on your safari program and you'll meet your driver guide who'll be with you throughout the trip.

Nairobi
Spend the day at Hemingways Hotel in Nairobi. This gives you time to rest after your flight and get organized for the safari adventure that's coming up. Use the day to adjust to the time zone and prepare your gear.
- Day 3
Nairobi to Mount Kenya
Drive to the Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club and arrive in time for lunch. After settling in, you'll walk through the 100 acres of gardens where you can see Mount Kenya from the grounds. Later, head to the Mount Kenya Wildlife Conservancy to see rare white zebras and learn about their orphan animal care and breeding programs.

Mount Kenya
This is a full day in the privately-owned Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Start with a morning safari drive, then have lunch at Serena Sweetwaters Camp. The afternoon brings another game drive followed by visits to the 200-acre Chimpanzee sanctuary and Rhino Sanctuary. Back at Mount Kenya Safari Club by evening, you can play golf or try other club activities before dinner.

Mount Kenya to Masai Mara
After breakfast, you'll fly to Masai Mara National Reserve. The flight gets you there in time for a short noon game drive before lunch. Spend the afternoon on safari viewing, then enjoy campfire cocktails and dinner at Angama Mara Camp as the sun sets.

- Day 6
Masai Mara
Dedicate the full day to safari in Masai Mara. You'll spot Kenya's largest lion prides, elephant herds, leopards, and cheetahs. Watch for over 550 bird species, hippos and Nile crocodiles in the Mara River, plus giraffes, zebras, and gazelles throughout the day.

- Day 7
Masai Mara to Serengeti
Head to the airstrip at 0910hrs for your flight to Migori. After a 30-minute drive to Isebania immigration, you'll clear customs then fly from Tarime airstrip to Serengeti. Tanzanian guides meet you at Seronera airstrip and transfer you to Four Seasons Serengeti with game viewing along the way. Lunch and an afternoon safari follow once you arrive.

Landmarks Serengeti National Park - Day 8
Serengeti
Spend the full day driving through the vast Serengeti savannah across its 14,763 sq km. Search for lions, cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, and plains game. Meals are served in true safari style in the bush, giving you an authentic experience of this incredible landscape.

Serengeti

Serengeti to Zanzibar
Have breakfast at your lodge, then fly to Zanzibar at 1100hrs, landing at 1250hrs. Transfer to Tulia Zanzibar, a 5-star beach resort on Pongwe Beach. A sumptuous BBQ lunch with local specialties awaits, and afterward you can choose between snorkeling, swimming, or relaxing on the beach.

Zanzibar
The day is yours to enjoy at Tulia Zanzibar. For ocean activities, you can go diving, snorkeling, fishing, or sailing in traditional dhows or speed boats. If you prefer land excursions, try the Spice Tour or Stone Town Tour with visits to the Tipu Tip House, Slave Market, National Museum, Sultan's Palace, and House of Wonders.

You could explore Jozani Forest to see endemic Zanzibar Red Colobus monkeys, take a Dolphin Adventure to spot Bottlenose and Spinner Dolphins with snorkeling, or join a Blue Safaris motorized dhow trip to mangrove forests, sandbands, and Kwale Island where dolphins are frequently spotted.
