- CMChristopher· November 13th, 2024Overall excellent value - with lots to see, good quality hotels and lots of help from the guide. The elephant sanctuary was a standout and so heartwarming, and bangkok had so much to see, other than that the white and blue temple and black house day complemented each other greatly and were such sights to see - the white temple especially. Only bad hotel on my trip was overnight at Khao Sok and that is more due to the nature of the floating hotel - power and water was very limited to set hours and cooling was limited to a fan, which was painful in Thai heat, however the nature around was gorgous. I'd recomend find out out where you will be staying on your trip and googling to find out if you feel it will be an issue for you. Only other thing to be aware of is that unlike most small group tours I have been on, your main point of contact guide is available via whatsapp or similar rather than accompanying you, and instead you join different booked local tour groups with their own guide each day that take you to the sights. However the tour guide was exceptional help with any issues I had and always responded promptly to electronic messages asking for help or advice. Asked on January 30th, 2025I just want to double-check the required departure date to ensure I've understood correctly. From what I gather, the tour start date refers to the day I arrive in Thailand, meaning I need to account for the flight duration when booking my ticket. So, if I select 11th March as the start date, this is the date I should land in Thailand and meet your representative for the hotel transfer. Could you please confirm if that's correct? Additionally, I've had a disappointing experience with a group tour in the past, where I expected to be part of a group of around 10 people, but upon arrival, I found myself alone with a driver who wasn't even a dedicated tour guide. This significantly impacted the experience. To avoid a similar situation, could you confirm whether there will be at least 6-8 other participants (excluding me) on the tour for the selected date?

Traveler•Written August 2022It is important for me to know the final price including domestic flights. I would be happy if you could send me an example of the hotels we will stay at. For the last three days at the beach we prefer a more luxurious hotel. In general, we like to see pagodas, but not too much. Interested in seeing landscapes, people, culture, customs, if there are ceremonies or celebrations during the period, I would be happy to coordinate the times.
