- Hetvi· September 4th, 2025I had a great time doing the short inca trail. Also big thanks to Kate, our tour guide for sharing the history and giving a personal insight to the culture and spirituality of the incas. Enjoyed the food prepared by the chefs during the hike. Had a great team to hike up to macchu picchu with. Would definitely visit again and explore other parts of cusco with Trexperience.Show moreTrip date: August 2025

- Rabea· July 18th, 2025We had a really nice experience with our tour guides JJ and William. JJ has told us a lot about the different places we have visited during the hike. The tour in general was it really worth especially since we have seen the place Winaywayna which we would not have seen only by visiting the Machu Picchu.Show moreTrip date: July 2025
- EKElizabeth· July 18th, 2025JJ and William were great tour guides. I’m very slow and they would regularly let me know that they want me to enjoy and not rush. One would be with the normal paced group and one would walk in the back with me. I appreciated them very much. All the food was delicious for all meals. JJ does a great job setting expectations and making sure we understand where to go and when. He has eyes in the back of his head and knows where every one of us are at all times.Show moreTrip date: July 2025
- Anna· July 18th, 2025It was just amazing. The views, the food, our tour Guide (JJ) was just amazing. Now other words for me as saying the Tour was amazing and I can highly recommend it.Show moreTrip date: July 2025

- Rachel· May 13th, 2025This was such a beautiful experience, MP really is a sacred and special place and my guides Vicente and Renato made sure that every detail was in place so we didn’t have to worry about anything and could simply fully enjoy the entire experience. Vicente has so much incredible knowledge with a spicy delivery ;) and it made things even more engaging and memorable. Both made me feel so cared for and part of a community. From the transport, to the hike, to the insanely good food, to the great hotel, to the party train on the way back, I can’t think of a single thing that wasn’t absolute perfection. I can’t recommend this hike enough!Show moreTrip date: May 2025

In the Short Inca Trail, we include visits to two circuits in Machu Picchu: Circuit 1B and Circuit 3B. Asked on May 10th, 2025We have a question about the 2-day Inca Trail. We are traveling to Peru in August-September 2025 and are very eager to visit Machu Picchu. We would like to start the trail on September 7, 2025, and have a few questions: Is it possible to book the tour through you? Which circuit is included in the tour? What is included in the tour? How much does the tour cost?
- TreXperienceOperator•Written May 2025
Yes, we can book the Short Inca Trail for you starting on September 7th, 2025. You will follow Circuit 3, which covers the lower sections of the citadel, including temples, palaces, and key archaeological areas. The tour includes a professional bilingual guide, entrance tickets for the Short Inca Trail and Machu Picchu, 1 night accommodation in Aguas Calientes, all meals, Vistadome train tickets, transportation, hiking poles, and first aid kit. The price per adult is 603 Euros.
