The tour includes breakfast and dinner at the hotels. Most hotels offer vegan menu but that might be extra at some. In Cappadocia you'll be staying at Gamirasu Cave Hotel on this tour.

Vegan options are unfortunately limited in Turkey, even in the city centres. As this is a road trip you will be sometimes having breaks for lunch in between two towns. Your guide will do his best but we cannot promise that you'll be able to find vegan options at every restaurant. It might be possible to get the hotel to pack something for lunch.
