- Vivian· September 14th, 2022Ana and Serge went above and beyond with the tour. We totally loved every aspect including their knowledge of the area and best places to buy. They were a lovely couple who ensured that all our needs were met. The vehicle for the tour was perfect - new and roomy. Unfortunately the second day tour which included a cave tour was unfortunately closed due to a death. That limited our experience but we enjoyed viewing the landscape and various border crossings. The hotel in Trebinje would normally be lovely except we were put in the last room #309 - an attic without windows and A/C that was set at 25 degrees and hotter than reasonable. The included breakfast in the hotel was lovely except if you are vegetarian or vegan.Show more

Asked on January 31st, 2023What does "local payment" mean in your information about trips between Budapest and Athens? Is that per person?
Monterrasol TravelOperator•Written February 2023Currently, all our tour prices are composed of two parts. One part is paid by card, and the second part is paid to us as the tour operator in cash or bank transfer. The Local Payment is a required component of the tour price and should be made before the tour starts or to the driver in cash at the start of the tour. The Local Payment is per person.

Yes, you're right, the total price of tour is made from two parts. Main part is paid by card to Tourradar, and the second part (called Local Payment) is paid directly to the tour provider (cash or bank transfer). The Local Payment is for each participant on the tour. Very probably, in future we will have no Local Payment part at all, and whole price of each tour will be paid to Tourradar.
