  Greg is an excellent Tour Director. He was well organised and kept us well informed. He had interesting and amusing stories and anecdotes relevant to the tour and never boring. He followed up on things on our behalf and kept a sun above our heads for 9 days in the UK!

  Greg is an amazing tour guide! He is knowledgeable and friendly, and did a fantastic job managing our tour group. He has excellent dinner and activity suggestions, and even gave us samples of local treats at each of our locations. Thank you Greg for an unforgettable trip!

  Our entire family had such a wonderful time on this tour with Greg! Not only was Greg on top of each detail of the trip and excursions, but he brings a wealth of knowledge and history to each destination and the whole experience. Greg related beautifully to everyone in our group. He is a fantastic guide with a wonderful disposition and upbeat demeanor. Our family would quickly say YES to touring with him in the future. I highly recommend Greg as a director, just don't take our spot on the next tour!

  Although I was most grateful to Insight for my single room, this, my 3rd tour with your company, was not up to your usual excellence. I was negligent in realizing that the tour included over 3,200 miles on a bus - definitely NOT my style. I was disappointed in the short periods of time spent in very important sights because of the long distances between stops. I obviously, with the assistance of your office staff, chose the wrong tour. I was grateful that I chose 5 days before the tour and 6 days after the end of the tour to explore on my own. Could this error have been because of my age? That would be a great miscalculation! As to our tour director, some of her historical facts were incorrect or incomplete and there were very long silences when, in my opinion (and others) interesting information concerning the areas we were travelling through deserved interesting knowledgeable commentary. She didn't seem to be available for us, her clients. Our drivers were very skilled. They both were amazing! She didn't seem toclients.

  We booked the Best of Britain insight vacation. Having just arrived in London, we are less than impressed with the tour director at the Grosvenor Victoria hotel. In addition the hotel is old, needs repair and is certainly less than we expected. Not even a hair dryer in the room. So far, the trip has little to recommend it.
