- YMYanina· September 24th, 2022We completed the Manaslu trek in March 202with local expert guide, Raja Ram. There are no words to explain about the wonderfulness of trekking in such snowing time. That was made by our guide Mr.Raja Ram. Who was going guiding and exploring Nepal since 2008. Trekking was organised by our old friend Ram. He organized our trekking and all of lodging and some snow clothes, crompons, ice ax, rope and more. Guide is very well English speaking, informative and expert of Manaslu region as he is local guy from the Arughat and the lower Manaslu. We start the trek in snow from barpak all the way up. We stay overnight there, one of a beautiful village from where we can see some part of Manaslu saula Himal, and Ganesh buddha him. Since the begin of our trek, We felt really well booked and organized a guide was expert, our guide was an incredibly great who always made us happy and comfortable trekkers. I think that is the best possibility of Sherpa Expedition and Trekking team. Being as a local and Manaslu expert He knows each and every corner of Manaslu. After our 6th days trek snow covered mountains start most of the place we can see lots of inches snow from the village, from shale, everyday beautiful panoramic view of mountains and a huge Manaslu in front of us but the coldness and weather of March is so hard. The view of mountains made us forget all the snow tiredness at the level of 3100m. View from Larke La was really wonderful but it was really really hard everywhere lots of snow covered. Trek this time in this year is very difficult if you don't hire the best guide. we are thankful with Ram and for such great guide for Manaslu circuit trek. Passing through the down valley was cant explain tiredness but the view is stunning. There is no doubt to recommend people who willing to explore Manaslu Nepal with Sherpa Expedition and trekking team. Contract the expert Ram and Sherpa team. He helps to make your trip wonderful. We all again thanks to the entire team of Sherpa team. Pradeep was wonderful and super responsive with all questions and details in the planning stages also helping with advice on other treks and lining up lodging for me in Thamel. Our Guide Kaji Sherpa was awesome! I trek independently so it was my first guided experience and it far exceeded my expectations. Kaji was accommodating and patient happy to answer the questions I peppered him with, was my personal photographer and shared my passion for nature and my joy of the experience. Manaslu circuit trek is absolutely stunning adventurous wilderness. I will absolutely be back to Nepal and work with Ram Barakoti requesting my homie Kaji Sherpa again and again. January some tea houses will be closed in higher elevation. Some days require walking 10-14 hours. Only book this trip if you have previous hiking experience and can walk long distances. This applies from January till first week of March.
