- 傑陳偉· June 12th, 2025I recently completed the Annapurna Circuit trek with Sherpa Expedition, guided by Ramesh, and I can’t recommend them enough! Ramesh is incredibly experienced, caring, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire journey. From the moment we started, he made sure everything was perfectly organized — all the accommodations were comfortable and cozy, the food was delicious and nutritious, and every detail was taken care of so we could focus on enjoying the trek. Ramesh’s knowledge of the trail and the local culture added so much richness to the experience. He was always there to support and encourage us, making sure we were safe and comfortable every step of the way. His kindness and dedication truly made the trek unforgettable. If you’re thinking about trekking in Nepal, especially the Annapurna Circuit, do yourself a favor and go with Sherpa Expedition and Ramesh. You won’t regret it!Show more
- Chris· June 10th, 2025We recently completed the Manaslu Circuit Trek with Sherpa Expedition and Trekking, and it was truly one of the best experiences of our lives! Our guide Dawa Sherpa was incredible – he may be small in size, but he has a huge heart! So kind, attentive, and always looking out for us every single step of the way. He even helped carry our backpack on the challenging Larke La Pass day – we will never forget that! Our porter Hari was also wonderful – always smiling and so supportive throughout the trek. Together, they made us feel safe, cared for, and completely at ease in the mountains. The teahouses they arranged for us were excellent – clean, comfortable, and with delicious food. Everything was so well organized from start to finish. We didn’t have to worry about anything – just enjoy the stunning scenery and the journey. We highly recommend Sherpa Expedition and Trekking to anyone planning a trek in Nepal. Thank you Dawa, Hari, and the entire team for such a memorable adventure. We hope to trek with you again soon!Show more
- Marius· April 22nd, 2025Trekking to Everest Base Camp was the adventure of a lifetime, and I couldn’t have asked for a better partner than Sherpa Travel Agency. My guide, Frunzi, was incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive—always adjusting the pace to suit me and making sure I was safe and well every step of the way. Together with Bala, our strong and cheerful porter, they helped me reach the base camp successfully and with confidence. The agency provided the best possible accommodations in the mountains, with great vegetarian meal options throughout the trek. Ram, the agency owner, stayed in constant contact and generously offered high-quality gear (sleeping bag, poles, and down jacket) free of charge. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and I wholeheartedly recommend this tour for anyone taking on this incredible journey.Show more

Asked on July 28th, 2022Are crampons required during the trek and is there any walking on glaciers? I am also wondering how drinking water is obtained on the trek? Can it be taken from natural sources such as streams?

Traveler•Written July 2022I assume that unless you decide to pay for the porter under "optional" that everyone would be required to carry all of their own equipment on the trek? Also, I do have my own sleeping bag and walking poles, but I didn't bring them or luggage was delayed or missing, how much would it cost to rent these items for the duration of the trip?
- Sherpa Expedition TeamsOperator•Written July 2022
If you can carry your luggage you don't need a porter. Porter is an optional one if you need the Porter charge will be extra USD 210. You can pay after arrival in Kathmandu. Most clients hire a Porter to carry luggage during the trek including all equipment, The Porter will carry a max of 25kg weight. My recommendation would be yes. Hiring a porter makes your trip more comfortable and enjoyable without being overloaded. If you need Down Jacket And a sleeping bag we will provide them from the company there is no extra cost. A down Jacket And Sleeping bag are included in your package, need to return after the completed trip.
- Sherpa Expedition TeamsOperator•Written July 2022
Better to bring mini crampons, just in case, also you can buy them in Kathmandu, its cost USD 10. Yes, you can take water from natural sources, also you can refill water in every hotel during the trek, better to bring a filter or water purification tablet during the trek.
