    What is the typical and longest driving time per day? We would prefer to go with a small group and not a solo/ private tour.

      Based on previous years experience the group size will be around 15 participants. The longest travelling days are: Day 3 Vilnius-Riga (approx. 4 hours transfers), Day 6 Riga-Tallinn (approx. 4 hours transfers).

      In terms of group size, the tour says a max of 8; you mention up to 15. What is correct? If you don't choose optional activities, are you then just spending time on your own? Are the transfers in a van or bus?

      8 is the maximum group size for each individual booking via TourRadar. If you do not choose the optional excursions, you will spend a free time in each city. If there are 15 participants, the transfers between cities will be done by coach.

      We still have availability for the Tour Metropolis of the Baltic with departure 03.09-12.09.2023. We can offer you the triple room for 3 adults at the same price per participant of the basic package (Eur 1,095.00). In case you would like to opt for a single room, the single room supplement is Eur 450.00.

    I am a solo traveler interested in Tour (Metropolis of the Baltic, Oct 2-11) or Tour (Baltic Capitals, Oct 2-9). When I click Confirm Availability, it appears that no one else has signed up for either of these tours on those dates. Even if you did not cancel the tour with only 1 or 2 people in the van, I would not want to make the trip alone or with just one person. Can you tell me if anyone else has signed up for those tours at this time?

    • For any tour departing before November 10th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 10th, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Smart Travel OU. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Smart Travel OU will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Smart Travel OU" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
