Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Cairo
You'll be met when you arrive in Cairo and taken to the Ritz Carlton Cairo or a similar hotel. This is your chance to settle in and get some rest before the trip really kicks off.

- Day 2
Cairo
Start the morning at the Giza Pyramids where you can see the pyramids of Cheops, Khafre, and Menkaure up close. There's an option to go inside one of them if you want (costs extra). From there, head to the Panorama point for the best photos, then check out the Sphinx. Spend time at the Egyptian Museum looking at King Tutankhamun's treasures and death mask. After grabbing lunch at a local spot, you'll browse Khan el Khalili Bazaar and visit a Papyrus Institute to watch traditional artwork being made. Head back to your hotel for the night.

- Day 3
Cairo to Aswan
Following breakfast at your hotel, you'll fly to Aswan and board your 5-star deluxe Nile cruise. Drop off luggage and then head straight to the Philae Temple Complex, an ancient site dedicated to the goddess Isis. These temples were carefully moved block by block to Agilika Island when the Aswan High Dam was built, so they're well preserved. You'll have lunch and dinner on the cruise.

- Day 4
Kom Ombo and Edfu
After breakfast on board, visit Kom Ombo temple, also called the Crocodile temple because it honors the god Sobek. Walk through the complex sitting on the Nile's bank, then check out the Crocodile Museum to see preserved crocodile mummies. Back on the cruise for lunch, then you'll head to Edfu to see the Falcon temple dedicated to Horus, one of ancient Egypt's most famous gods. Explore the temple before returning to the cruise for dinner and rest.

- Day 5
Luxor East and West Banks
This day covers both sides of Luxor. Start on the West Bank at the Valley of the Kings, where you'll see three royal tombs (the ticket includes entry, and they rotate which ones are open so your guide will pick the best options). Then visit Queen Hatshepsut's mortuary temple, a magnificent structure built for Egypt's only female pharaoh who ruled for roughly 20 years. Make a quick stop at the Colossi of Memnon to see what's left of Amenhotep III's mortuary temple. After lunch on the cruise, cross to the East Bank to walk through Karnak Temples, considered the greatest worship site in history, and the Temple of Luxor. Return to your cruise for dinner and overnight.

Luxor to Cairo
Check out from your cruise after breakfast and your staff will take you to Luxor Airport for your flight back to Cairo. Once you land in Cairo, you'll be escorted to your hotel.
