- Day 1
Bangalore
You'll arrive at Bangalore Airport and head to your hotel for check-in. In the evening, you'll meet your tour director and grab dinner at a local restaurant. Before the meal ends, you'll learn about Ayurveda, India's traditional natural healing system, and how it connects to wellness practices you'll explore over the coming days.

Bangalore to Mysore
From Bangalore, you'll drive to Mysore, a destination known for yoga and wellness. After checking in, you'll meet your yoga guru for a lesson and meditation class. Later, you'll walk through Mysore Palace and Brindavan Gardens. The day wraps up with a cooking demonstration and dinner with a local family, giving you insight into how food connects to wellness traditions.

In the evening, you'll take a walking tour through the city's famous streets, markets, and heritage areas to see how local life unfolds.

Early morning you'll drive to Wayanad through the green hills of the Western Ghats. You'll check into a homestay in lush green fields and have tea with your hosts. After exploring the property and eating traditional South Indian lunch, you'll learn Ayurvedic theory from an expert. An outdoor Ayurvedic session follows, then you'll walk through plantations before enjoying a campfire dinner under the stars.

Wayanad
Start with morning meditation to center yourself before breakfast. A dynamic stretching class comes next to warm up your body. After a guided stroll through the property, you'll have lunch and rest. In the afternoon, you'll participate in an Ayurvedic cooking class learning how to blend spices and combine ingredients the traditional way. Your evening is yours to spend as you like.

Wayanad to Palakkad
After breakfast, you'll drive toward Palakkad with a stop at Kottaykkal Arya Vaidya Shala in Malappuram, one of the oldest Ayurvedic institutions dating back to 1902. You'll experience an authentic Ayurvedic massage there. From there, you'll continue to Palakkad and check into a homestay on the Western Ghats with views across the valley.

Palakkad
You'll drive to a local ashram for a Shirodhara massage to relieve mental stress and tension. After that, you're heading to Silent Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a 50 million year old natural treasure in the Western Ghats. You'll explore hidden trails with your guide and then return to your homestay for the rest of the day.

Palakkad to Coimbatore
After breakfast, you'll drive to Coimbatore and check into your hotel. From there, you'll visit the Isha Yoga Center at the foothills of Velliangiri Mountains. You'll explore your inner energy at Dhyanlinga Temple and see Adiyogi, the world's largest bust sculpture depicting Lord Shiva as the first yogi. You'll receive blessings before heading back to your hotel.
