You'll land at Entebbe International Airport and your driver will meet you for the short 15-minute drive to your guesthouse. Depending when you arrive, you might have time to walk around a bit or just settle in and rest before your first full day tomorrow.

Murchison Falls National Park
You've got the day to slow down and enjoy the lodge. Swim in the pool if you want, or go back out for another game drive across the park to spot more wildlife. Either way, it's time to recharge a bit after all that early morning activity.

Kibale National Park
You're staying in Kibale for another day of forest exploration. More chimpanzee tracking and rainforest activities give you additional chances to see wildlife and get a real sense of what the forest environment is all about.

Queen Elizabeth National Park
Early morning game drive on the Kasenyi Plains searching for lions, then in the afternoon you head to the southern sector and Ishasha, which is known for its tree-climbing lions. You'll spend the night next to Kigezi Game Reserve.

Ishasha
Another game drive through Ishasha to track down the famous tree-climbing lions in the large trees. You'll get chances to see these unique lions up close before heading back to the lodge for the day.

Landmarks Ishasha Sector - Days 10 - 11
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Wake early for a ranger briefing, then you'll be assigned to a tracking group. The trek through dense rainforest and up steep hills takes however long it takes to find the gorillas. When you locate them, you spend a full hour with them, then head back to rest and process what you've just experienced.

Lake Bunyonyi
Another relaxed day at Lake Bunyonyi. You can swim again, explore by canoe, hang out by the pool, or set up village walks to learn about the Batwa culture and how they live in this region.

Lake Bunyonyi to Lake Mburo National Park
You're heading to Lake Mburo, Uganda's smallest national park but with plenty of character. It's got lots of zebras and a Rothschild's giraffe family. After checking in at Kigarama Wilderness Lodge, you'll do a walking safari to get close to the animals.

- Day 15
Lake Mburo to Entebbe
Heading back to Entebbe for your last night. On the way, stop at the equator for photos and a quick look around. Then drive to Mabamba Swamp for a boat ride hunting for the rare Shoebill stork, your final wildlife moment. From there, it's on to Entebbe and your guesthouse.

Entebbe
Your last day is about getting ready to leave. Depending on your flight time, you might visit the Botanical Gardens or have a meal looking out over Lake Victoria before heading to the airport.
