Itinerary
- Day 1
Lima
You'll arrive in Lima and connect with your representative who walks you through the city and explains all your included services during the transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to do whatever you like, whether that's resting after your journey or getting a feel for the city on your own.

- Day 2
Lima
Start exploring Colonial Lima at Plaza de Armas, where you'll check out the historic government buildings, then head to what's known as the oldest continuously inhabited private residence in the Southern Hemisphere. After that, you'll see the artistic side of the city at Convento de Santo Domingo. Later, move into modern Lima's financial district and walk through the scenic neighborhoods of San Isidro, Miraflores, and Barranco, where you'll find the famous Bridge of Sighs.

- Day 3
Lima to Arequipa
You'll transfer to the airport and fly to Arequipa, where your representative meets you and takes you to your hotel. Once settled, begin with a visit to Convento de Santa Catalina, which holds an extensive collection of colonial art. From there, check out the Church of the Society of Jesus, then head to some scenic lookout points and wander through the Yanahuara neighborhood with its cobblestone streets and historic mansions.

- Day 4
Arequipa to Colca Valley
Leave Arequipa early and journey through the Andes toward Colca Valley. You'll pass through Aguada Blanca National Reserve where llamas, alpacas, and vicunas roam the landscape, then stop at Mirador de los Andes in Patapampa for views of snow-capped volcanoes. Continue to Chivay and see the ancient terraced platforms, then settle at your hotel with the afternoon free for rest and acclimatization.

- Day 5
Colca Valley to Puno
Head out early to reach Mirador de la Cruz del Condor, one of the world's best places to watch Andean Condors flying over one of the world's deepest canyons. You'll have lunch, and then spend about six hours traveling through high mountain terrain, watching for wildlife and crossing through high-altitude plains before arriving in Puno on Lake Titicaca's shores.

- Day 6
Lake Titicaca
You'll travel across the world's highest navigable lake and visit the Uros floating islands made of totora reeds, learning how the inhabitants maintain their traditional way of life. Next, you'll head to Taquile island where Incan terraces, vibrant local clothing, and Quechua traditions stand out. Lunch happens at a local home, and then you'll return to Puno by late afternoon.

Puno to Cusco
Board a comfortable bus from Puno to Cusco and take in the Andean views along the way. You'll stop in Pucare to see where traditional Toritos ceramics are made, cross the high La Raya Pass (good spot for spotting vicunas and llamas), then visit Racchi to see its remarkable Incan architecture. The day ends at Andahuaylillas, home to what some call Peru's Sistine Chapel with its decorated murals and frescoes.

Cusco
Begin exploring Cusco's highlights from Cerro Pukamoqo, which offers panoramic city views and a Christ statue. Then walk through Fortaleza de Sacsayhuaman with its enormous precisely-fitted stones. Later, head to Mercado de San Pedro to experience what locals buy and sell, then discover the Korikancha (Golden Temple) that was dedicated to the Sun God. Finish the day strolling through Plaza de Armas, where you'll see the Cathedral and paintings from the Cusco School.

Sacred Valley to Aguas Calientes
Travel to the Sacred Valley and explore Pisac, a town that blends Incan and Colonial styles with artisan markets selling jewelry, ceramics, and textiles. In the afternoon, you'll see Ollantaytambo, one of the last remaining Incan towns with its massive fortress and wayside inn complex. After lunch there, board the Expedition train at 15:20 heading to Aguas Calientes, where your evening is free to walk around.

Head to Santuario Historico de Machu Picchu, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. A bus takes you up to the citadel where you'll explore this Incan site with your guide, walking through its architectural features and natural surroundings. After your tour and lunch at a local restaurant, you'll take the return train from Aguas Calientes back to Cusco and transfer to your hotel.
