- Davina· August 7th, 2024We did a private one-week safaritour with personal driver/guide. We started in Arusha and visited Tengeru cultural program. Afterwards we headed for Serengeti national park, Ngorongoro national park and Tarangire national park. Before we left Arusha we had a meeting with Rose from Classic Journeys who had put together our trip. Everything was organised perfectly. Drinks for the whole week were available in a cooling box in the jeep. In the national parks we stayed in different lodges which all were excellent. The staff was always very friendly, the lodges and rooms were beautiful and very luxure, we had full meal and for daytime we got lunch boxes. Our personal driver/guide was very friendly, he had a lot of knowledge and experience with this tour and we had a lot of fun, too :) We made loads of beautiful memories. We are very happy with all of the organisation and thankful to all the people who made this happen. Totally recommend!Show more

It was perfectly arranged in luxury lodges and tented camps near Ngorongoro Crater, in Serengeti and Masai Mara, traveling in a comfortable safari vehicle. Our guides were amazing, knowledgeable about the animals and the culture, accommodating and fun to travel with and they seemed to have a sixth sense about where to find the lions who just took down a buffalo, cheetahs on the prowl, elephants with their young, wildebeest and zebras migrating through the river, ostriches (and lions) mating! We can highly recommend this safari itinerary and can't make enough positive statements about Classic Journeys Africa.Show more
