Casablanca to Rabat
Your driver meets you at Casablanca airport and takes you to your hotel in Rabat. Get settled in and take the rest of the day to yourself to adjust to the area.

Rabat to Tangier
After breakfast, head to Tangier and see Spartel Cape where the Atlantic and Mediterranean connect. Down below the cape you'll find the Hercules Caves. From there, walk through the Old Medina, check out the Kasbah Museum, visit Ibn Battouta's tomb, and finish at Grand Socco marketplace.

Tangier to Chefchaouen
The drive to Chefchaouen takes you to Morocco's famous blue city. Start at Outa-el-Hammam square, then wander the cobblestone medina and see Tarik-Ben-Ziad Mosque. Spend the rest of your day walking the blue-painted alleyways taking photos.

Chefchaouen to Fez
Drive to Fez and pass through Meknes on the way, one of Morocco's four Imperial cities. See Bab Mansour, the Royal stables, local markets, and the Jewish quarter. Before arriving in Fez, stop at the Volubilis ruins and Moulay Idriss, the holy town.

Fez to Sahara Desert
Drive about 7 hours to Erfoud, heading through the Middle Atlas Mountains and past the Ziz Gorge. See the ancient city of Rissani and Sijilmasa ruins, an important Medieval trade center. Switch to a 4x4 to reach Erg Chebbi dunes in the Sahara. Try camel riding or sand boarding.

Sahara Desert to Ouarzazate
Wake early to watch sunrise over the Sahara. After breakfast, return to Erfoud and then drive to Ouarzazate. Stop at the Todra Gorge for photos and the Skoura oasis for a short break. Arrive in Ouarzazate for a guided look around the neighborhood.
