    · March 29th, 2025
Supposedly a well arranged tour. But unfortunately this was not the case. Bookings for one of the main attractions (i.e. TranzAlpine train journey) were botched. It was left up to me to rectify the situation and book my own ticket. Then was denied the added itinery for their admitted mistake. What incredibly petty behaviour, especially given the high cost of the tour.
