I received prompt communication from the host throughout the tour, and they were helpful with processing refunds for missed tours, etc. I had a great experience with this tour, the excursions were well chosen! A few things to note is that the Penguin tours can be cancelled due to weather (ours was) and on the guided Torres Del Paine hike the guide has full discretion on whether they will allow you to finish the hike. For our group they forced us to turn back, due to deeming our group unfit to finish, meaning we didn't get to finish the hike (the hike itself was decently challenging but pretty standard compared to other popular hikes in parks like Yosemite, Banff, etc)

The hotel hadn't booked the 5th night. The Gray Line (travel company in Chile) tried to find one quickly, which was nice of them. But, the hotel was 3 stars instead to 4 stars. I have pointed out it, and they said it is 4 stars. So, I sent a photo of the document on the wall saying it is 3 stars hotel. Also, I have sent a message asking them if I report it to tourradar to refund the money or they would send a report to tourradar. They said they would. At the end I could get the refund back. The Gray Line never said sorry the hotel was 3 stars instead of 4 stars and we tried to find 4 stars but there wasn't any left etc.... A part from that, it was so nice to visit different places and nice view. The food was lovely. Thank you for the nice holiday.
