Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Kampala
You'll land at Entebbe International Airport where someone from the company meets you for the drive to Kampala. After you check into the hotel, there's a welcome drink and tour briefing to get oriented. Depending on when you arrive, you might take an evening city tour, then head back for dinner.

- Day 2
Kampala to Kidepo Valley National Park
Following breakfast, you'll head north through Mabira Forest Reserve to see Sezibwa Falls, which holds cultural significance for the region. The morning includes a boat ride to explore the Source of the River Nile, and then you trek to Sipi Falls on Mount Elgon. From there, continue north to Kidepo Valley National Park where you'll have dinner and settle in for the night.

Kidepo Valley National Park
After breakfast, game drives take you through Narus valley where you might spot cheetahs, striped hyenas, ostriches and other wildlife. Lunch happens midday, then in the evening you'll head out again toward the hot springs along Kidepo River looking for ostriches, leopards and tortoises. The lodge has dinner waiting when you return.

Kidepo Valley National Park to Murchison Falls National Park
You'll start with breakfast and a final game drive searching for cheetahs, lions and ostriches. Then it's time to drive south to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda's largest protected area. You'll arrive with enough time to check in at the lodge and have dinner.

Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast, head to the northern sector for a game drive where elephants, buffalo, lions, leopards and giraffes roam. Lunch is at midday, then you'll sail upstream on the Victoria Nile spotting hippos, crocodiles, water bucks and Uganda kobs. Watch for Goliath herons and Egyptian geese along the way, hike to the top of the falls, and return to the lodge for dinner.

Murchison Falls National Park to Kibale National Park
Rising early for breakfast, you'll cross the river and head toward Kibale Forest through Kibiro village, a fishing community at Lake Albert's base in the Western Rift valley. There's time to check out the hot springs and see how locals trade salt, then grab lunch. The drive continues to Kibale Forest National Park for dinner.

Kibale National Park to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, stop at the park information center for a pre-trek briefing before heading into the forest for chimpanzee tracking (this can take 2 to 6 hours depending on the day). Along the way you'll see other primates including black and white colobus, grey-cheeked mangabey and golden monkeys. Return for lunch, then drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park for dinner.

Queen Elizabeth National Park
An early start after breakfast takes you to Kasenyi, where Uganda Kobs mate and big predators hunt alongside water bucks, elephants and buffalo. Lunch comes midday, followed by a 2-hour boat cruise on Kazinga Channel between Lakes Edward and George. You'll see hippos, crocodiles, elephants and various bird species, then wrap up with an evening game drive looking for big cats.

Queen Elizabeth National Park to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Following breakfast, head to Ishasha sector in southern Queen Elizabeth to see the famous tree-climbing lions resting in giant fig and acacia trees. Then drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, known as the Switzerland of Africa and home to roughly half the world's mountain gorillas. You'll stop for lunch and a community encounter to help support local orphanage families before returning for dinner.

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park to Lake Bunyonyi
Wake up early, have breakfast and attend a pre-trek gorilla briefing at park headquarters. Head into the forest for gorilla trekking (this may take 2 to 8 hours based on where the gorilla family is). You'll spend an hour with them, then return for lunch and a cultural storytelling session with community elders about the park. Later, transfer to Lake Bunyonyi for a 2-hour canoeing adventure before dinner.
