Boarding
You'll board your cruise ship and get settled into your cabin. Dinner happens at the restaurant, but if you're arriving late, there's the option to grab a light meal in your cabin instead. This gives you flexibility depending on when you show up.

Edfu
Start by checking out Karnak Temple Complex, which is one of the largest religious sites from ancient Egypt and took over 1,000 years to build. After lunch on board, the ship heads toward Edfu. You'll have dinner and spend the night on the ship.

Kom Ombo
Walk through the Temple of Horus, one of Egypt's best-kept ancient monuments from 237 to 57 BC. From there, the cruise moves toward Kom Ombo while passing Gebel el-Silsila, an ancient quarry site. Later there's a presentation about ancient Egypt, then you'll see the Temple of Kom Ombo with its interesting two-part design dedicated to two different gods. Dinner and overnight stays on the ship.

Aswan Dam - Nile Boat Tour
Visit the Philae Temple Complex, which was moved by UNESCO to protect it from the Aswan Dam flooding. There's a photo stop at the Aswan Dam itself, one of the world's largest dams. During the afternoon, you'll cruise the Nile in small local boats around granite islands and nature reserves near Elephantine Island. Meals and overnight stay happen on board.

Esna
This morning is free time to explore Aswan at your own pace. Check out the Nubian Museum, wander through the souk's narrow streets, or relax with views from the historic Old Cataract Hotel. An optional trip to Abu Simbel is available, which features impressive rock temples built by Ramesses II about 140 miles southwest. You'll return to the ship for lunch, then cruise toward Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.

Valley of the Kings
The ship cruises to Luxor in the morning and there's a presentation about modern Egypt. From there, head to the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, one of Egypt's most striking monuments, and then Tomb KV11 where Pharaoh Rameses III is buried, known for its vibrant preserved colors and detailed scenes. Lunch happens on board with overnight stay.

Luxor Temple
Spend the day exploring the Valley of the Kings with visits to four tombs, including the longest and deepest royal tomb built for Seti I and featuring finely preserved decorations and colorful paintings. Stop for photos at the Colossi of Memnon. Then visit the Luxor Temple, an elegant monument located in the heart of the modern town. Lunch on board comes next, followed by dinner, overnight stay, and traditional Egyptian entertainment.
