- Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu
Your representative will be waiting at Kathmandu airport to pick you up and take you to your hotel. You'll have the rest of the day free to rest after traveling and get yourself settled in.

Kathmandu Valley Tour
After breakfast, you'll spend the day seeing Kathmandu's sacred sites and UNESCO World Heritage locations. The itinerary includes Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhunath, Boudhanath Stupa, and both Kathmandu and Patan Durbar Squares. Later in the evening, you'll catch the Aarti ceremony at Pashupatinath Temple, and then wander through local streets and markets to try authentic street food and see local culture firsthand.

Kathmandu to Thimphu
You'll have breakfast and check out, then head to Kathmandu airport for your flight to Paro. Once you land, your representative will meet you and drive you to Thimphu. After you settle into your hotel, you can spend the afternoon checking out nearby streets, local markets, and grabbing street food on your own schedule.

Thimphu City Tour
Following breakfast, you'll do a full-day guided tour of Thimphu. You'll see the National Memorial Chorten, Buddha Dordenma statue, Tashichho Dzong fortress, BBS Tower, Government Run Handicraft Emporium, Folk Heritage Museum, National Textile Museums, and the Zoo. The rest of the day is yours to do what you want.

Thimphu to Punakha
After breakfast and checkout, you'll drive to Punakha by way of Dochula Pass at 3,050 meters/10,000 feet, where you'll see views of Bhutan's landscape. Once you reach Punakha, you'll check into your hotel and have free time to wander nearby streets, visit local markets, and try street food at your own pace.

Punakha City Tour
You'll have breakfast and then do a full-day guided tour of Punakha. The tour includes Punakha Dzong and Lingkana Palace, both located where the Pho Chu and Mo Chu rivers meet. You'll also visit Talo monastery and Nalanda Buddhist Institute to meet monks and take in mountain views. After the tour wraps up, you can shop or head back to your hotel.

Punakha to Paro
After breakfast and checkout, you'll drive to Paro with stops along the way. You'll visit Wangdue Phodrang to see Wangdue Dzong and the local market. From there, you'll continue to Paro with additional stops at Druk Wangyel Monastery, Dochula Chorten, and Simtokha Dzong. When you arrive in Paro, you'll check in and have free time to explore on your own.

Paro City Tour
After breakfast, you'll start your full-day guided tour at the National Museum (Ta Dzong), then take a leisurely walk over to Rinpung Dzong. Next you'll see the ruined Drukgyel Dzong fortress, a historic site where Bhutan won battles against Tibetan invasions. In the afternoon, you'll hike to Paro Taktsang, a sacred monastery built into a cliff. To finish the day, you'll visit Kyichu Lhakhang in the evening, one of Bhutan's oldest and most sacred shrines.

You'll have free time later in the day to rest and relax.
