I highly recommend the Egypt tour with Ancient Egypt Tours company. There are a few people I'd like to highlight from our trip who were the reason why we had a great experience. The entire trip from day one was very well organized by the coordinator Salwa. The driver Joseph/Yousef was extremely down to earth, kind and helpful throughout the trip. The tour guide, Walid, did a phenomenal job explaining the history of Egypt at all the stops we made. During the Nile River tour, the guide Mahmoud and his drivers were also very welcoming and kind. Mahmoud was also very knowledgeable and informative during the visit. It was our first time visiting and we felt that we left with a lot of valuable knowledge about Egypt's history. I want to end with thanking Joseph/Yousef again because he truly did his best to ensure that we had a seamless trip. Thanks again!

    Asked on May 29th, 2023

Would you have someone there to greet us, provide transportation, and arrange a hotel room as part of the overall cost? On 6/5, you will also have a hotel room included, and that would be a rest day for us. On 6/6, the Day 2 tour will start? On 6/16, if we include a hotel room to stay overnight before flying to Jordan on 6/17, how much would it be in the total cost?

Is it possible to have our entire family of four in one hotel room? The reason is that we have young 15-year old twins. Is there an additional cost per night? When we say "Bed and Breakfast", it usually means these are privately owned homes or residences. Could you confirm these are hotels? If the hotels are 3 star quality, is there a possibility to upgrade to 4-star hotels and how much more would it be to upgrade hotels? How much is the optional Abu Simbel tour per person?

    • Ancient Egypt ToursOperatorWritten May 2023

Pick up and drop off to and from the airport are confirmed and included in your itinerary. Extra night not included in the itinerary USD$ 75 per person in a double room. Hotels included in the tour are 4 stars hotels. Maximum in a triple room are three people so your accommodation will be two double rooms. Abu Simbal visit will cost USD$ 100 per person including transportation and entrance fees.
