Itinerary
- Day 1
Kathmandu
You'll arrive at Tribhuwan International Airport and head to your hotel in Kathmandu. After you get settled, there's a 2-hour yoga session with breathing exercises and meditation to help you shake off the travel fatigue and adjust to the altitude.

- Day 2
Kathmandu to Syaprubesi
A local bus takes you to Syaprubesi (1550m) for a 7-8 hour journey through Trishuli valley. You'll see Himalayan peaks, terraced fields, and rustic villages along the way. By evening, you'll do another 2-hour yoga and meditation session at the hotel to help your body recover.

Landmarks Trishuli Valley - Day 3
Syaprubesi to Bridhhim
Start your morning with a 1-hour yoga and meditation session, then begin trekking toward Bridhhim (2229m). The trail takes you through green forests where you might spot birds and wildlife, and you'll cross suspension bridges and stop at tea houses. It's a steep and challenging day. After arriving, you'll wind down with another 1-hour yoga session.

- Day 4
Bridhhim to Lama Hotel
Begin with a 1-hour yoga and meditation session. Trek for 4-5 hours to Lama Hotel (2500m) on similar terrain as yesterday. The trail follows the same general area but you're moving higher. End the day with another 1-hour yoga session to help with recovery.

- Day 5
Lama Hotel to Langtang Village
After your morning 1-hour yoga session, trek through rhododendron and pine forests past Ghoda Tabela (3030m), an area where you'll see lots of wildlife and medicinal plants. Lunch happens somewhere on the trail, then you continue for several more hours on scenic paths to reach Langtang Village (3455m). Evening brings another 1-hour yoga session.

Langtang Village to Kyanjin Gomba
An early morning 1-hour yoga session gets you going before you trek toward Kyanjin Gomba (3817m), a principal monastery with beautiful views of Mt Ganchempo and Mt. Langtang Lirung (7227m). The views open up as you climb higher. Later, you'll have a relaxing evening yoga and meditation session.

Kyanjin Gomba
This is a rest day at Kyanjin Gomba for your body to acclimate to the altitude. A 3-hour yoga session happens from the top of Kyanjin Ri with excellent views. You can do optional hikes around the area or take a leisurely walk to see glaciers, icefalls, birds, and yaks grazing.

Kyanjin Gomba to Lama Hotel
Start with a 1-hour yoga and meditation session before heading back down. You'll trek downhill for around 6 hours through forests alongside the river, passing through ethnic Tamang settlements with Tibetan-influenced religious and cultural practices. You'll arrive at Lama Hotel and do an evening 1-hour yoga session.

Lama Hotel to Syaprubesi
Begin with a 1-hour yoga and meditation session, your second-to-last one on the trek. Trek downhill for 5 hours through lush green vegetation on easy terrain. You'll reach Syaprubesi by evening and finish with your final 1-hour yoga and meditation session.

Syaprubesi to Kathmandu
A local bus takes you back to Kathmandu following the same route you came in on. The journey ends as you arrive back in the city.

Kathmandu to International Airport
You'll head to Tribhuwan International Airport at least 3 hours before your departure flight with a company representative. This wraps up your Nepal holiday trek and tours experience.
