Shweta· January 24th, 2023I am going to write a fairly lengthy review because: A) I think it will help a lot of people who are unsure of booking with an agency and make new cautious about being ripped off B) Jitender provided an excellent service through out My wife and I are in india for a month, travelling from the UK. We left it to the last minute to organise the trip (golden triangle and Varanasi) so less than a week before I was frantically searching for tours and reading reviews etc. I got quotes from a lot of tour providers and Jitender had the best price. His quote was also the most simple, with a breakdown of itinerary and also the cost in £’s I explained what we wanted and he arranged everything for us, including hotels, internal flights, entrance fees and boat rides etc. Before the trip I was constantly whatsApp Jitender. He was very helpful with all my questions throughout. The driver we had called Sunil was excellent and a really nice guy. The hotels were all good, we do wish we chose 4 star throughout. The trip was amazing, the drivers good, hotels good and everything was so easy as it was all arranged for us, really made it enjoyable as India is crazy.
