Itinerary
- Day 1
Cairo
You'll start early with a private transfer to Cairo, a 5-hour drive covering about 450 km with a rest stop along the way. Once you arrive, a guide takes you through the Giza Plateau to see the three pyramids, including the Cheops Pyramid and the Sphinx standing guard near the Pyramid of Chephren. After grabbing lunch at a local spot, you'll head downtown to the Egyptian Museum where thousands of artifacts fill the galleries, with King Tutankhamun's treasures among the highlights. The evening is yours to relax back at your hotel.

- Day 2
Cairo to Luxor
After breakfast at your hotel, a guided tour starts at 8:30 AM taking you to Saqqara to see the Step Pyramid, Egypt's oldest pyramid structure. From there you move through Old Cairo exploring the Fortress of Babylon, several churches including the Hanging Church, and the Ben Ezra Synagogue. You'll grab lunch, then continue to the Citadel of Saladin and the Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque. Before heading to the train station, you walk through Khan El Khalili Bazaar. That evening you board a sleeper train heading to Luxor, a 10-hour journey with dinner served on board.

- Day 3
Luxor
You'll have breakfast on the train before arriving in Luxor, where your representative meets you. The day tour takes you through the Temple of Karnak with its multiple pharaonic temples and the famous avenue lined with ram-headed sphinxes. Next is the Temple of Luxor, one of the most significant temples from ancient Thebes. After lunch at a local restaurant, you transfer to your hotel in Luxor for the night.

- Day 4
Luxor to Hurghada
Following breakfast, your guide leads you across to the west bank's Necropolis of Thebes, starting with the Valley of the Kings where you see the rock-cut tombs of pharaohs, including Tutankhamun's tomb found in 1922. Then you visit the Valley of the Queens to see the burial sites of royal wives, particularly Queen Nefertari's elaborate tomb. The Temple of Queen Hatshepsut (also called Deir Al Bahary) comes next, built by Egypt's only female pharaoh. You also see the Colossi of Memnon, two 18-meter statues from an old funerary temple. After lunch, you drive to Hurghada, roughly 4 hours covering 280 km with one rest stop, and check into your hotel there.
