- PSPetrus· August 3rd, 2024Automatic translation available in English. View in EnglishThe Spanish organization Tasermiut was excellent. Also due to having an excellent guide (Antonio). However, the information from Tourradar left much to be desired. It should be clearly stated that this trip is a "trekking" trip. The daily hikes were sometimes tough as they required climbing over rocks. Likewise, climbing in and out of the Zodiac is not easy. This trip is not suitable for the elderly or those with mobility problems. In addition, the traveler should receive clear information of the necessary clothing to bring. This is really a must. The trip on the Zodiac is cold to very cold and not having appropriate clothing is "killing. Fortunately, Tasermiut had spare clothing available that could be used. The itinerary was fine.Show moreTrip date: June 2024

Asked on January 17th, 2024Do you have shower accommodation in the camps? Do you have statistics about travelers booked on this tour? What date in July or August is guaranteed departure? What is the cost for single supplement?
- TasermiutOperator•Written January 2024
No showers in camps, recommend bringing baby tissues. All South Greenland Explorer trips are guaranteed. Some dates are already quite full, recommend booking soon. Trip is based on double accommodation. You can rent a single tent only for Tasermiut camp. Other camps use dome tents for 4 travelers. No single option in hostels. Hotel trip alternative available for 8 days.

Asked on January 11th, 2024why should I arrive Kopenhavn the day before we start? Because, I want to use the Night Train and would arrive early in the morning at 7 o'clock. The 2nd is, will the Luggage transport by myself or by an other way? And at last, how can I pay in Greenland in Shops and/or "Restaurants"?
- TasermiutOperator•Written January 2024
Regarding the luggage you have to carry it just for a few metter from the boat to the hostel or camp. You will need a small backpack for the day trekkings to carry some food or camera and the big bag will be in the camp or hostel. And finally about the payment, you can pay by card in most of the shops and restaurants and we also accept card, euros or DKK.
