Since I enjoy staying active and walking, I found the three-day cruise a bit long—it might have been better if it lasted only a day. The guides and drivers did an excellent job. However, the staff at the hotels in Florence and Venice were quite rude. Rather than helping, they chose to ignore the small problems we had.
