- Day 1
Girona
Meet your guides and get the bike sorted at Eat Sleep Cycle cafe in Girona to kick things off. You'll take a short warm-up ride out to Bonmati, then settle into your hotel for the week. Dinner and meals happen right there in the city, so it's a fairly relaxed first day to get oriented.

Girona to Empordà Loop
Head out to the Empordà region for an 83 km loop that keeps things mellow with compact gravel and dirt paths. The elevation stays minimal, and you'll hit several stops along the way that break up the ride and give you chances to eat and take in the landscape.

Girona Gravel Hincapie Challenge
Today gets tougher with the gravel version of the famous Hincapie loop. You'll roll through Girona's old town and Celeràbefore hitting the wide gravel path toward Els Àngels. After that comes the Montnegra climb, then you'll head back using the scenic Via Verde route to finish.

Girona Gravel Rocacorba
This route takes a classic path with gravel to Rocacorba where you climb to the top for views out over the region. Near the summit you'll find an abandoned 18th-century church worth checking out. Grab a picnic lunch by the lake, then descend back to Girona.

Girona Taverna del Subirà Challenge
The final push takes you to a beautiful Masia in the Catalan Transversal Mountain Range. It's a long steady climb at around 3% grade over 19 kilometers, but you'll reach the summit for gourmet lunch. From there you descend back to Girona for a celebration dinner.
