Asked on July 31st, 2025A few questions: This group tour is for 2-20 people but the travel is by car. Can you explain how the guide guides this if there is more than one car in the convoy? Will the vehicles all have reclining seats, so will they be SUVs with comfortable individual rear seats or a bench seat? Also can you describe the accommodation for each night. Hanoi hotel is, I understand, the Hotel Emerald. Can you confirm this and that this is the hotel on Hang Manh Street in Hanoi, Can you provide more info about the accommodation for the other 5 nights? I am interested to know if each property provides a private bathroom or if any are shared?
- Crossing Vietnam TourOperator•Written August 2025
This group tour accommodates from 2 up to 20 people maximum. If the group is larger than one vehicle can hold, we will arrange multiple cars & guides traveling in a convoy. The guide will accompany the lead car and coordinate to ensure everyone follows the same route and stays together. At each stop, the entire group gathers for guided touring. All vehicles used for the tour are air-conditioned and equipped with a bit reclining seats for your comfort. For small group tours, we typically use 16-seater vans. For larger groups, we use 29-seat buses. In Hanoi, the Emerald Waters Hotel is used as a sample option for the 3-star package. In Ha Giang, Cao Bang, and Ba Be, accommodation is typically arranged in local homestays. In Hanoi and all hotel stays, private bathrooms are guaranteed. For homestay nights, there are two types of arrangements: Dorm-style homestays with shared bathrooms/toilets or private room with private bathroom.
