Asian Heritage Treks & ExpeditionsOperator•Written October 2024During the trek, meals are slightly more expensive due to the remote location. Breakfast generally costs around USD 10, lunch between USD 10-15, and dinner around USD 15. Prices tend to increase the higher you go, but these are approximate estimates. For those who stick to vegetarian meals and traditional Nepali dishes like rice, lentils (dal), and vegetables, costs can be much lower. Beverages like beer, whisky, and wine are comparatively more expensive.

About 3 passes trek, most of the time is possible to manage but some time hard hit winter - then is tough. Normally is possible to make pass. Renjola and chola is normally fine but kongmala is little tough.
